What “unlimited” means — Unlimited for ordinary personal, family or tutoring use. Each plan lists its own daily fair-use caps above.
Cancel any time, no contract. Monthly allowances reset each month; daily allowances reset at 1am Hong Kong time.
Is the free plan enough?
Enough to judge it, not enough for every night. Two gradings a day is a deliberate rhythm — two pieces of homework in an evening. Growth reports, worksheets and more than one child need a paid plan.

How many people share one subscription?
Each plan comes with a number of parent accounts and devices. Children sign in with their own PIN and do not use a parent slot. Everyone sees the same children and shares one pool of allowances.

Billing questions
How do I cancel?
Billing runs through the App Store, so you can cancel any time under Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your iPhone. No need to contact us, and you keep access until the period ends.
Why can't I pay on the website?
Subscriptions are bought in the app through Apple, so refunds, renewals and cancellations all sit with your Apple ID. The website only shows prices.
What do I get for inviting a friend?
Each friend who joins earns you 5 gradings, 3 solutions and 2 tutor sessions; they start with 3 extra gradings.
Is “unlimited” really unlimited?
Unlimited for normal family use. The daily fair-use caps above exist to stop abuse and keep the service stable; a household with a few children will not reach them.
